Many people think that a ticket they had on their record won't affect them later on.  There is a misconception that tickets disappear from a driving record after a few years. 

The truth is, a ticket will stay on your record forever, which is why we encourage people to fight their tickets. 

Fighting a ticket is the only way to get it dismissed and NOT have it appear on your record.

What happens when you don't pay a speeding ticket?

I didn't realize, but there's a lot of you out there that have a unique way of dealing with your speeding tickets (or any other traffic ticket you receive).  It's the "stick it in a drawer and forget about it and hope it goes away" method. 

Unfortunately, that just doesn't work with traffic tickets and can make the situation worse.  Here's an easy to watch video that explains why.

The number one question we get is "how much do you charge?"  But what people really should be asking is "how much is this going to cost me in the long run" not how much they are going to pay to the attorney.  The thing to keep in mind is that you sometimes get what you pay for, and just because you are saving money by hiring a less expensive attorney, it doesn't mean that decision won't cost you more money in the long run.  Here's why.
